THE NEW YEAR

tabouleh-hummus-samonNow that we are passed the holidays and the excessive eating (and drinking!) it entails, I want to shift to recipes that will keep you young, make your skin beautiful, and keep your mind sharp. As a result, my postings for 2013 will be much healthier than my postings around the holidays (although I can’t guarantee that I might slip in something less healthy in from time-to-time).

Starting today, my lunch was homemade hummus with tabouleh, organic blue corn chips and homemade rye bread with smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill dressing, and capers.
