Baby bokchoy

This simple vegetable has an amazing presentation when cut lengthwise down the stem, and is filled with flavor.

I sauté these on a pan with a little salt and pepper, and drizzle on a little soy sauce at the end. You can serve them along side bulgur wheat for a simple healthy meal.
